At Emma Pills, we want you to love your fashion pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Emma Pills branded box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
